Our B&B permit application is in process with the county of Maui, and we will be looking forward to welcoming you in the future with the same aloha spirit of Hawaii as you have always received from everyone here and like the song "Beautiful Hawaii" says - to make sure your visit to the Number One Vacation Island in the world is a pleasurable experience while on Maui.

POLICIES

Rental Policy:

All rates subject to 11.416% State Tax. A deposit of half the total rental amount is required with your reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A late check-out at 2:00 PM may be available for a fee of $150. If you need the house past that time you will be required to pay for an additional night. To inquire about a late check-out please . The request must be made and the $150 fee must be paid at least two days prior to your departure. All rates and taxes are subject to change. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. No Smoking No Pets Allowed

Deposit Policy:

A $300 damage deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival if the damage deposit is not secured by a credit card. If applicable, damage deposit is refunded no later than 21 days after departure.

Refund Policy:

For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
